Our aim at braaap online is to bring you the same level of customer service that has seen our offline concept stores awarded Australian specialized retail business of the year 3 times in a row.

We have been slow to put our shopping experience online simply because our first mission is to always build culture and community around what we do, we want to add value to the industry and I believe that it’s time for braaap to get serious about online. Since the beginning my mission has to build a strong culture around the braaap brand and the superlite industry.

When you purchase something it is our plan to assign you as customer to a local braaap store so you get the local service feel, if you have any dramas or need any help your local braaap store will be on the job to get you sorted out.

Pauly Smith is our Head Mechanic, every bike that leaves our warehouse is pre-assembled and check here to Pauly’s Standards, Pauly knows everything there is to know in regard to superlite bikes and has a great team of mechanics to make sure your braaap is flying.

Shane Berry is the braaap Online Global Operations Manager, Bezz dawg runs the
operations for our online platforms if you have any tech issues Bezz is your main man.
